Payment of Membership Fees:
a) If you paid for your membership fees in-person during a conference or via your local society, please have your receipt ready for uploading.
b) You may also pay your memberships fees using a credit card or via paypal after you have completed your application form.

After you submit the form you will be directed to a page where you will be able to proceed with the credit card payment.

2 MB limit.
Allowed types: jpg, jpeg, png, pdf.

No need to upload proof of payment if the payment will be made via credit card. You will need to upload a proof of payment if the payment was made via  Country Society or during a Conference.
